Small Group Training

Small group training will consist of HIIT classes with 3-6 people. Schedules will be posted online where persons with a Small Group Training Membership will have access to sign up to classes.

Medically hailed as one of the best exercise regimens to improve overall health and resilience to stress, HIIT incorporates dynamic movements with light¬† to moderate weight loads and short rest periods between movements. This places a tolerable load on both the cardiovascular system and the neuromuscular systems so that both can learn to “get comfortable with being uncomfortable.”¬†
